Automation in SMBcrm allows you to create workflows that perform actions automatically, saving time and ensuring consistency in your processes.

With the workflow builder, you can automate virtually any process in your business - from lead nurturing sequences to appointment reminders to post-sale follow-ups.

Creating Your First Workflow

  1. Go to Automation in the left sidebar
  2. Click Create Workflow
  3. Choose a trigger to start the workflow
  4. Add actions that should happen
  5. Add conditions and wait steps as needed
  6. Activate your workflow

  • Start simple and add complexity over time
  • Test workflows with test contacts first
  • Use descriptive names for workflows
