Introduction to the Dashboard

The Dashboard is your command center in SMBcrm. It provides an at-a-glance view of your business performance and quick access to the tools you use most.

Overview

When you log into SMBcrm, the Dashboard is the first thing you see. It displays key metrics, recent activity, and shortcuts to common actions.

Key Components

Widgets

Widgets are customizable cards that display specific information:

  • Pipeline Overview - See your opportunities by stage
  • Tasks Due - View upcoming and overdue tasks
  • Recent Contacts - Access recently added or updated contacts
  • Calendar - See your upcoming appointments
  • Performance Metrics - Track calls, emails, and conversions

Quick Actions

Access frequently used features directly from the dashboard:

  • Create new contact
  • Add opportunity
  • Send message
  • Schedule appointment

Customizing Your Dashboard

You can personalize your dashboard to show the information most relevant to you:

  1. Click the Customize button in the top right
  2. Add, remove, or rearrange widgets
  3. Resize widgets to fit your preferences
  4. Save your layout
