Introduction to Contacts

Contacts is the heart of your CRM where you store and manage all information about your leads, customers, and business relationships.

Overview

The Contacts section provides a comprehensive view of your entire customer database with powerful tools for organization, segmentation, and management.

Key Features

Contact Management

  • Contact Profiles - Detailed records for each contact
  • Custom Fields - Add any information you need to track
  • Tags - Organize contacts with flexible labels
  • Notes & Activity - Track all interactions and history

Smart Lists

Create dynamic lists based on:

  • Contact properties (location, source, etc.)
  • Tags and labels
  • Activity (last contacted, email opened, etc.)
  • Custom field values
  • Opportunity status

Bulk Actions

Perform actions on multiple contacts at once:

  • Add/remove tags
  • Send bulk emails or SMS
  • Add to workflows

Import & Export

  • Import contacts from CSV files

Working with Contacts

  1. Navigate to Contacts in the left sidebar
  2. Use filters to find specific contacts
  3. Click on a contact to view their full profile
  4. Add notes, tasks, and track activity
