Opportunities help you track potential sales through your pipeline, from initial lead to closed deal.

Overview

The Opportunities feature provides a visual pipeline view of your sales process, helping you understand where each deal stands and what actions are needed to move forward.

Pipeline Management

Managing Opportunities

  1. Go to Opportunities in the left sidebar
  2. Select your pipeline
  3. Click + Add Opportunity to create a new one
  4. Drag opportunities between stages as they progress
  5. Click on an opportunity to view details and add activities
