Custom Values Now Available in Calendar Settings
Support for Custom Values in Calendars
You can now use your own custom fields and values directly inside Calendar-related settings across Calendars, Services, and Rentals. This makes it easier to personalize appointment titles, locations, and messages using the data that matters most to your business.
What’s new
Previously, when you were configuring text-based settings like confirmation emails/SMS templates, meeting locations, or appointment titles, the personalization selector mainly showed predefined system fields (for example, contact details or appointment times).
With this update, user-created custom values are now available in the selector, so you can personalize appointment experiences and enrich leads using your own data fields.
What’s changed
When working in Calendar-related settings, you’ll now see improvements in the personalization dropdown:
- A new Custom Values section appears in the selector
- Custom values created in your account now show up inside the custom value selector
- Use the search bar to quickly find the value you need
Why it matters
This update is most helpful if you rely on custom data points to run scheduling, routing, or intake steps.
- Personalize reminders, confirmations, and appointment details using the fields you already track
- Keep messaging consistent across Calendars and other areas of SMBcrm
- Reduce setup time since you no longer need to manually copy and paste custom values
