What’s New in SMBcrm

You can now keep your bot asleep indefinitely after you send a message manually or through a workflow.

Previously, the bot would automatically wake up after a maximum of 48 hours. With this update, you’re no longer forced to pick a reactivation window. If you want full manual control, you can simply turn off the reactivation option so the bot stays asleep until you decide otherwise.

Bot Message Limit Increased to 100 per Conversation for Prompt and Form Bots

What’s New: Increased Bot Message Limit per Conversation

We’ve increased the maximum number of messages a bot can send within a single conversation for Prompt-based and Form-based bots.

The limit has been raised from 25 messages to 100 messages, so your bots can support longer, more detailed conversations without stopping unexpectedly. This is especially helpful for advanced Conversation AI use cases where a natural back-and-forth is expected.

Autosave is now supported for workflows created and edited with AI Builder. When Autosave is turned on, newly generated AI workflows save automatically upon creation, and any future AI Builder edits continue saving in the background.

This update helps reduce the risk of losing progress if you forget to save manually, refresh your browser, or run into a brief connection issue.

AI Actions category (updated names)

All AI-powered actions previously grouped under the “Workflow AI” category are now consolidated under a clearer “AI Actions” category, with simplified names:

  • AI Translate (formerly “Workflow AI - Translate content”)
  • AI Summarize (formerly “Workflow AI - Summarize Text”)
  • AI Intent Detection (formerly “Workflow AI - Intent Detection”)
  • AI Decision Maker (formerly “Workflow AI - Decision Maker”)

Conversation AI category (new grouping)

Workflow actions that were previously labeled as “AI Actions” but relate specifically to conversation-focused AI have been moved into a dedicated Conversation AI category for better organization.
