Integration Page UI/UX Revamp (Labs)​

We’ve revamped the Integrations page in SMBcrm to make it faster, cleaner, and more consistent. The updated experience uses a structured, card-based layout designed to reduce UI inconsistencies over time, while also improving performance and reliability behind the scenes.

If you regularly connect and manage integrations for your account, this update is meant to make those tasks easier to find, quicker to complete, and safer to manage.

How to enable the revamped Integrations page​

This update is currently available as a Labs toggle:

Enable path​

Settings → Labs → Toggle on “Revamped Integration Page”​

If you manage multiple accounts, you can enable it per account as needed.

What’s new on the Integrations page​

New card-based layout with clearer actions​

Each integration now follows a consistent card layout with a single primary call to action. You’ll also see a dedicated 3-dot menu for common integration options, such as support documentation, troubleshooting, disconnect, settings, and features like form mapping where applicable.

Core actions are now standardized​

You’ll typically see two primary actions across integrations:

Connect​

Start a new connection.

Manage​

Go to the relevant product page or manage connected accounts.

Additional enhancements you’ll notice​

Faster discovery and cleaner navigation​

  • Search functionality to quickly find the integration you need
  • Consistent modal layouts across integrations for a more predictable experience
  • Standardized logos, descriptions, and error messages

Safer connection management​

  • Per-account and per-integration disconnect options with confirmations to help prevent accidental disconnects
  • Connection-level and integration-level error notifications where applicable

More consistent access and support options​

  • Role-based access control aligned across native integrations
  • A grey-label support document option for each integration directly from the page

Performance and technical improvements (behind the scenes)​

This revamp also includes technical improvements that help the page load faster and stay more scalable over time:

  • Reduced unused JavaScript payload by approximately 50% (8.4 MiB → 4.1 MiB)
  • Improved accessibility score from 77 → 90
  • Significantly reduced Workflow app load times
  • Improved Lighthouse performance score by 40%
  • Expanded frontend language translation coverage
  • API-level improvements for reliability and native-like integration behavior
  • Updated design system adoption to reduce legacy UI inconsistencies

Why this matters​

The previous Integrations page could become inconsistent as new integrations and features were added. This update improves discoverability, reduces UI variation, and provides a more stable foundation for future integration updates, especially for teams managing multiple connections.
