Manage Smart Lists and Restore Now in the Contacts Actions Menu

What's New: Streamlined Contacts Header​

SMBcrm has streamlined the Contacts header interface by relocating two key menu options. The "Manage Smart Lists" and "Restore" functions have moved from the main header menu to a more contextual location in the actions menu.

This update improves usability by reducing interface clutter and positioning SmartLists actions closer to their point of use.

What Changed​

The following features have been relocated:

  • Manage Smart Lists - No longer in the header menu
  • Restore - No longer in the header menu

Both options now appear in the actions menu (three-dot icon ⋮) positioned next to the "Add Contact" button.

How to Access the New Location​

  1. Navigate to Contacts > SmartLists
  2. Locate the three-dot (⋮) actions menu adjacent to "Add Contact"
  3. Select either Manage Smart Lists or Restore

Why This Matters​

This update improves the Contacts experience by:

  • Reducing interface clutter in the header
  • Positioning SmartLists actions closer to their point of use
  • Maintaining consistency with the refreshed Contacts list-view experience
