What's New: Order Fulfilled Trigger

SMBcrm has launched a new Order Fulfilled trigger within the Ecommerce Stores workflow category. This automation fires when an order's status changes to Fulfilled, enabling teams to trigger post-fulfillment actions automatically across various platforms.

The trigger works for orders marked as fulfilled internally or through external shipping integrations like Shopify, Shippo, and ShipStation.

  • Sending shipment confirmation messages to customers
  • Creating internal operational tasks
  • Initiating post-purchase nurture sequences
  • Updating connected systems via integrations

Available Filters

Refine your automation using these filtering options:

Migration Notes

If you're currently using the Shopify-specific fulfillment trigger:

  • The existing trigger will be renamed to Shopify Order Fulfilled (Deprecating Soon)
  • It will continue to work during the transition period
  • The new unified trigger will eventually replace it
  • The new trigger accommodates both internal and external order sources

We recommend updating your workflows to use the new Order Fulfilled trigger when convenient.
