Bulk WhatsApp Messaging Now Supports Scheduling and Drip Delivery

You can now control when and how your Bulk WhatsApp messages are delivered in SMBcrm. This update adds two new sending options for managing message timing and distribution.

What's New

Scheduled Sends

Set a specific date and time for one-time bulk WhatsApp delivery without manual triggering.

Drip Mode (Batch Delivery)

Gradually roll out messages instead of sending all at once. Configuration options include:

  • Batch size - message quantity per batch
  • Repeat intervals - batch frequency
  • Specific delivery days - choose which days to send
  • Time window restrictions - optional hour-based limits

Progress Monitoring

Track sending progress directly from the Bulk Actions page to confirm campaign execution.

How to Set It Up

  1. Navigate to Bulk Actions > WhatsApp
  2. Choose recipients and select a WhatsApp template
  3. Select sending mode - either scheduled one-time delivery or configured drip mode
  4. Return to Bulk Actions to monitor delivery progress and status

These options give you better control over large WhatsApp campaigns, smooth delivery volume, and support strategic timing for promotions, announcements, and follow-ups.
