Smarter Task Notifications: Reduce Unnecessary Daily Alerts​

Daily task summaries are helpful when you have work lined up, but they can also create noise when there's nothing due. SMBcrm now lets you skip daily due and overdue task notifications on days when you have zero assigned tasks.

Skip Daily Task Summaries When There Are No Tasks​

You can now enable a setting to prevent daily due and overdue task summaries when no tasks exist.

Benefits:

  • Fewer unnecessary notifications
  • A cleaner inbox and reduced alert fatigue
  • More focus on tasks that actually require action

Where to Find It​

Navigate to: Settings > My Profile > Notifications > Task Notifications > Don't send notifications when there are no tasks
